• Application process is free.
• The first two provider interviews are free of charge.
• If you would like to interview more than two providers, a $50 non-refundable registration fee must be paid prior to any further interviews.
• If you choose your provider within the first two interviews, the $50 non-refundable registration fee is due.

• J&F Home Child Care does not promise or guarantee spaces offered to you at a Providers home.
• Based on the information that you have provided to us on the initial application.
• J&F Home Child Care will provide suitable locations for the interview process.
• It is the sole responsibility of the parent, guardian or caregiver to provide the agency with appropriate information before proceeding with an interview.
• The interview process involves an interview between the Parent(s), Child and Provider at the Provider’s home.
• The Provider and Parent must provide feedback to J&F Home Child preceding the interview. If the match is successful both parties will be contacted and the administrative details will follow. Both parent(s) and Provider needs to confirm the placement.
• If the match is not successful then both parties proceed with new interviews from J&F Home Child Care.
